By submitting your project, you grant Griffpatch LTD the non-exclusive right to feature, share, and promote your project on platforms including but not limited to YouTube, social media, and the Griffpatch website. Griffpatch LTD will not claim ownership of your work but may use it for promotional and educational purposes.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration, including names and email addresses, will only be used for the administration of the Event and to communicate important updates. Information about participants under 16 will be handled with parental consent and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
1.5. Disclaimers and Liability
The Event is hosted on the Scratch platform. Griffpatch LTD is not responsible for any technical issues or service interruptions caused by the Scratch website. Participation is voluntary, and Griffpatch LTD is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Event.
1.6. Moderation and Disqualification
Griffpatch’s YouTube Game Jam reserves the right to review, moderate, and, if necessary, disqualify submissions that do not adhere to the rules or Terms and Conditions. Decisions made by Griffpatch’s YouTube Game Jam regarding disqualifications or winners are final.
1.7. Parental Involvement
Parents or guardians of participants under 16 are encouraged to support and guide their children during the Event. By registering on behalf of their child, parents/guardians agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Griffpatch Academy Membership
2.1 Eligibility

Upon signing up, you will receive a unique username/email and password to access our learning platform. Your membership grants you access to all resources and materials available on the platform for the duration of your subscription.
2.3 Membership Period
Your membership is active for the duration of the subscription period. You may end your membership at any time, but please note that we only open our doors for new members or past members seeking to re-join at specific times of the year.

Unauthorized sharing of membership access is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the membership.
